SearchHelp Inc. on Wednesday launched a Sentry Remote upgrade that allows parents to connect to their child's computer from another location to monitor its use and prevent inappropriate behavior or conversations.In addition, the new capability allows parents to lock the computer or shut down an application, even from a mobile phone.
